What do we collect?

If you fill in our contact form we will temporarily collect the following information:

  • name
  • contact information including email address
  • other information relevant to your customer enquiry

Any message you send to us and we do not act upon or leads to a business relationship with us will be deleted after 30 days.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Contacting you in regards to your enquiry
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services and relationship with you as a client

York Time Travel Limited is committed to protecting your safety and privacy. We will collect some personal data from you to manage your booking, communicate with you and fulfil our administrative purposes and to comply with our legal obligations.

Due to GDPR regulations we only collect the personal data we require however we do have to share your data with third parties such as Hoteliers; Venues, Coach Providers, and other tour arrangements.  We collect, process, store and share this
personal data safely and securely and only store your personal data for as long as necessary.
