This Medieval Minster is an absolute must see whilst visiting York. It is one of the largest of its s kind in Northern Europe. It was built on what was previously a Roman fortress, now with beautiful stain glassed windows and an Undercroft in the chambers, York Minster will amaze both young and old. With extremely informative staff York Minster offers school groups a range of educational KS2 workshops and guided tours of the cathedral.
